Executive Home Leasing and Rentals provides a free listing of our own eight (8) single family homes for lease or rent in the Quail Springs/Mercy Hospital/Kilpatrick Corridor area of West Edmond, Deer Creek and NW Oklahoma City.  We own and operate these ourselves and there are no leasing agents to deal with. 

We are in the highly desirable additions such as:  Seminole Pointe, Summerfield, Westlake-Mayberry, The Valley and Twin OaksAll homes are within 15 minutes of great restaurants, shopping, medical facilities, golf and recreation with easy access to other parts of the city via the Kilpatrick Turnpike and Lake Hefner Parkway.  See LINKS shown below for area amenities and attractions.  

Our homes are all excellent quality, brick homes, built in the 1990's or later in great neighborhoods and mostly within the highly rated Edmond or Deer Creek school systems.  These homes have lawn sprinkler systems in the front and back yards for watering and we provide fertilizer and weed control  four times per year.  All you have to do is mow and trim, giving more time to you for the more important things in life.  The sub-divisions all have strong Home Owners Associations (we pay the dues) that insure the quality and appearance of the neighborhood continue at a high level. 

All homes are professionally cleaned before you lease and we take pride in their appearance and our tenant's satisfaction.  Houses are re-painted as needed and any repairs are taken care of prior to move-in.
